Well, After did this, I figure out there are a lot of ways to create the feathers, and the mine was not the best... for animation, for example, this wings will not work properly. Create the feathers separeted and adding it to the wings should be a better way.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense! Just like hair on a person, feathers move individually especially in stronger winds, in flight, or even puffing out when cold or in defense mode.
It sounds like this was a great learning experience, I hope you find a method that works well for you.
Those are still some awesome looking feathers though:D
